How an entry is handled
Every entry goes into one of five kinds, and each kind is treated differently.
Idea
Something ME could build or aim at. Recorded either way.
Concern
A risk, a doubt, or an overclaim. The most valuable kind.
Correction
A fact that is wrong. Fixed first, and logged.
Question
A repeated question usually means a page is missing.
Action item
Work that follows, once somebody could start it.

Changed the wording, not the work. ME OS has only ever run in an emulator, and every page says so.
